Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) Islamic State University of Alauddin Makassar Holds Quality Improvement Preparation Meeting

Gowa, 22 October 2022 – Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) Islamic State University of Alauddin Makassar  held an important meeting to discuss the preparation of a number of strategic activities in order to improve the quality of the institution. This meeting was attended by all members of the LPM section, With the main focus of discussion on the preparation of instruments for analysing stakeholder satisfaction survey results, Monitoring and Evaluation (MONEV) and implementation of Internal Quality Audit (AMI), to all programmes and activities that have been running in the study programme of each faculty of Islamic State University of Alauddin Makassar

Internal Quality Audit is an activity carried out periodically to ensure that all academic processes and activities are in accordance with established quality standards . academic processes and activities are in accordance with established quality standards. Through AMI and MONEV, LPM will be able to identify potential risks, non-conformities, opportunities for improvements that need to be made and monitor the performance and effectiveness of all programmes and activities that have been and effectiveness of all programmes and activities that have been implemented.

According to Mr Irwan, S.Si., M.Si. as the secretary of the quality assurance agency (LPM) said that “challenges in monitoring the development of each study programme due to the number of parties” . in monitoring the development of each study programme is due to the many parties  study programmes that  have not yet understood well about the LPM quality assurance cycle , namely PPEPP”

This MONEV and AMI preparation meeting produced the following results meeting in the form of a rough schedule regarding the implementation of AMI and MONEV, division of teams responsible for each activity as well as a follow-up plan for the results of the stakeholder satisfaction survey. With the implementation of this meeting, LPM will be able to measure the extent to which the targets that have been achieved and make adjustments if necessary.
